M8Bets Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and m8bets ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the m8bets.site website, the m8bets mobile application, and all services provided by our platform.

By clicking the "Register" button, logging into your account, making a deposit, or using any part of the m8bets platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, including all policies linked herein.

These Terms apply in conjunction with Privacy Policy ours and the policies Responsible Gaming ours, which form part of this agreement as a whole.

Use of the m8bets platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. m8bets reserves the absolute right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close the account of any user found not to meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be an individual (not a company, organisation, or other entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not reside in or access the platform from any territory where online betting or casino activity is fully prohibited under the local laws applicable to you.
• You are not currently subject to, and have never been placed under, any active play ban or self-exclusion that covers the m8bets platform.
• You are acting solely in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
• You have the mental and legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the m8bets platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity, phone number, or email address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.

Upon registration, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Required information includes your full name as shown on a valid identity document, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid and active email address, and your exact date of birth.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. m8bets will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

An m8bets account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party under any circumstances.

M8bets accepts deposits via legitimate Malaysian local payment methods only. All transactions are processed in MYR and no currency conversion fees apply. Accepted payment methods are as follows:

Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be the rightful property of the registered account holder. m8bets does not accept third-party deposits — the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be in the same name as the m8bets account owner.

M8bets is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 5–15 minutes upon verification. Withdrawals to a bank account via DuitNow or standard bank transfer will take 1–3 hours on business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts (KYC complete). For unverified accounts, the daily withdrawal limit is RM2,000.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met before a request is processed:

• The account must be active and in good standing.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements (rollover) must have been met in full.
• The bank account or e-wallet registered must match the name on the m8bets account.
• KYC documents must have been submitted and verified if this is your first withdrawal exceeding RM1,000.

M8bets offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific rollover (wagering) requirements as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the bonus terms before claiming.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses at m8bets:

• Deposit bonuses typically carry rollover requirements of between 5x to 20x depending on the type of bonus and promotion.
• Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been met in full.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds are generally counted at 100% unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

All games available on the m8bets platform — including video slots, live casino, table games, poker, fishing games, and arcade games — operate using a randomly generated number system (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure full fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is available in the respective game information.

• The outcome of all games is final once the round ends. No appeals will be entertained regarding the results of completed games.
• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, m8bets will attempt to restore the session to its last known state. If this is not possible, any affected bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Any winnings obtained through exploitation of software bugs, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities will be deemed invalid and the winnings in question will be voided.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection while playing. m8bets is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.

For poker specifically, m8bets operates an active collusion and bot detection system. Any player suspected of using unauthorised assistance software, colluding with other players, or exploiting system vulnerabilities will be investigated and their account may be suspended.

The m8bets Sports Betting section covers Malaysia Super League fixtures, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, badminton, tennis, e-sports (Dota 2, CS2, Mobile Legends), and much more. All odds are offered in European (decimal) format and updated in real time by our odds team.

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the m8bets system are final and cannot be cancelled by the player, except under circumstances specifically stated in the relevant sports rules.
• M8bets reserves the right to void, suspend, or reverse any bet where odds are found to have been published incorrectly due to a technical error or inaccurate information.
• In-play betting is subject to natural data transmission delays. Bets received after an event has already occurred in the match — such as a goal or point — may be voided.
• Postponed or suspended matches will be handled in accordance with the standard sporting rules applied by m8bets at the time.
• M8bets reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market or account without being required to provide a reason.

Use of the m8bets platform is strictly for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information during registration, using another person's identity, or falsifying KYC documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the m8bets platform as a channel to launder or conceal the origins of illicit funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses, or placing bets clearly intended to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk (bonus hunting/bonus abuse).
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker or table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bot & Unauthorised Software Use: Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools that provide an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bug Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing any m8bets staff member or fellow player.

Players may close their m8bets account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the player upon completion of the required verification process.

M8bets reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other suspected illegal activity.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities.
• If the user has voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion or self-break programme.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of the Terms, m8bets reserves the right to hold the account balance pending an investigation. If the investigation finds no violation, the balance will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be withheld or forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

The m8bets platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. m8bets makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption; however, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, m8bets is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the inability to access or use the platform.
• Loss of data or transactions resulting from system failure, internet disruption, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
